For apartment balconies, top-mount continuous profile systems offer the best balance of aesthetics and cost. For luxury villas, concealed systems give a frameless glass look. For budget projects, bracket-cover systems are most affordable. All our systems use Aluminium 6063 alloy for superior corrosion resistance.
Aluminium railings are 65% lighter than steel, naturally rust-proof, require zero painting maintenance, and last 25–30 years. Steel railings are heavier, can rust without regular painting, but have higher load-bearing capacity. Prism Rail aluminium 6063 railings offer the best balance of strength, weight, and durability for most residential and commercial projects.
Aluminium 6063 railings with powder coating last 25–30 years with minimal maintenance. The alloy is naturally corrosion-resistant and does not rust like iron or steel. In coastal or humid environments, aluminium performs significantly better than steel or iron alternatives.
12mm tempered (toughened) safety glass is standard for residential balconies up to 3 feet height. For high-rise buildings, wind-prone areas, or commercial applications, 15–19mm tempered or 12mm laminated glass is recommended. Our heavy-duty profiles can accommodate glass up to 25mm thick.
Yes. We offer three finish options: Silver (anodised), Wooden (wood-grain powder coating), and Custom Powder Coating in any RAL colour code. You can match your building facade, interior design, or brand colours. PVD coating is also available for stainless steel products in Gold, Rose Gold, and Black finishes.
A concealed glass railing system embeds the aluminium channel within the floor slab during construction. The glass panel appears to rise directly from the floor with no visible mounting hardware, creating a premium frameless look. This is ideal for luxury residential and high-end commercial projects.

Top-mount railings are installed on top of the floor slab — the most common method for balconies and terraces. Side-mount railings attach to the side face of the slab, preserving full floor space. Side-mount is ideal for narrow balconies where maximum floor area is needed.
Clean glass panels with a mild glass cleaner and soft cloth every 2–4 weeks. Inspect aluminium profiles for loose screws quarterly. Avoid abrasive cleaners on powder-coated surfaces. For coastal areas, rinse with fresh water monthly to prevent salt buildup. Aluminium railings require no painting or anti-rust treatment.
LED integrated handrails have a built-in channel for LED strip lighting, providing ambient illumination along staircases, walkways, and balconies. They combine safety, functionality, and modern design aesthetics. LED handrails are increasingly popular for luxury apartments, hotels, and commercial projects.

As per the Indian National Building Code (NBC 2016) and BIS standard IS 1148:2021, the minimum height of balcony railing is 1.05 metres (approximately 3.5 feet) for buildings above 3 storeys. For buildings up to 3 storeys, the minimum height is 0.9 metres (3 feet). These are mandatory safety requirements that all railing installations must comply with.
12mm tempered (toughened) safety glass is the standard for residential glass railings in India. Tempered glass is 4-5 times stronger than regular glass and shatters into small blunt pieces when broken. For commercial buildings and high-rise applications, 15–19mm tempered or 12mm laminated glass is recommended. All glass must comply with BIS standards for safety glazing.
Glass railing cost in India: 12mm tempered glass costs ₹180-250 per sq ft, 12mm laminated glass costs ₹350-500 per sq ft. The total glass railing cost (glass + aluminium profile + installation) ranges from ₹350-800 per sq ft depending on the system type and glass quality. Contact us for project-specific quotations.
Yes. Aluminium 6063 is naturally resistant to rain, humidity, and moisture. Unlike steel or iron, aluminium does not rust when exposed to monsoon conditions. Our powder-coated aluminium railings are tested to withstand heavy rain, humidity, and even salt air in coastal areas for 25+ years without any corrosion or colour fading.
Aluminium railings are 65% lighter than iron, naturally rust-proof, require zero painting, and last 25-30 years. Iron railings are heavier, rust within 2-3 years without painting, and need repainting every 2-3 years. Over 10 years, aluminium saves 40-60% in total cost compared to iron. Aluminium also offers modern designs like concealed glass and LED handrails that iron cannot replicate.
