1. Products & Pricing

All prices shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in individual quotations. Prices exclude GST, glass, installation, and delivery unless explicitly stated. Products are manufactured from Aluminium 6063 alloy as specified.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per the quotation terms. Custom colour orders using non-standard RAL codes are non-cancellable once powder coating has commenced.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and customization requirements. Standard profiles are typically delivered within 3-7 days across India. Custom colours may take 10-15 days. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

4. Warranty

Products are covered under our warranty policy. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and powder coating. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and other materials, is owned by Prism Rail. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prism Rail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
